By creating an account, accessing, or using Daypero (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Daypero provides a platform designed for creators, builders, and individuals to log daily journal entries, track habits, set goals, and optionally share progress publicly to foster consistency and community accountability.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access features of Daypero, you must register for an account using a valid email address or supported authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Public Content & User Conduct

Daypero encourages building in public. When you publish journal entries, comments, or profile updates publicly:

• You retain ownership of the original text and content you post.
• You grant Daypero a license to store, display, and distribute your public posts as part of the Service feed.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes upon intellectual property rights.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and journal data.

6. Account Termination & Data Export

You may choose to delete your account or export your data at any time via the Account Settings menu. Daypero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Daypero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Daypero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Daypero after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
