1. Overview
At Daypero, we are committed to being transparent about how we collect, store, and process your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we gather when you use our platform and how your privacy is protected.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide a seamless journaling and accountability experience:
- Account Data: Email address, username, profile picture, and authentication details when signing up.
- Journal & Goal Data: Daily entries, habit checkboxes, milestones, and text logs you create on Daypero.
- Social Content: Public comments, friend requests, and social interaction data.
3. Public vs. Private Journal Entries
Daypero is designed for growing in public. When you set a journal entry or profile to public, other users and visitors can read your public progress updates. You can manage your privacy preferences and account visibility at any time in Account Settings.
4. Data Security & Storage
We utilize enterprise-grade authentication and cloud data storage powered by Supabase. Your password and credentials are never stored in plain text, and network transmissions are secured via TLS encryption.
5. Data Rights & Data Export
You own your journal data. Daypero provides built-in tools under Settings > Export Data to download a complete copy of your entries. You may also request account deletion at any time.
6. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., database hosts, email delivery services) process data strictly on our behalf to operate the Service securely.
7. Contact Us
If you have questions or concerns regarding your privacy or data protection on Daypero, please reach out via your settings panel or support contacts.
